Abstract:
A bound collection of notes and studies on personal and geographical names in the Maya language. The first and third works are arranged in a dictionary format with tabs for each letter; the remaining works are more informal, many with notes pasted in. Possible dates for work on sections of the manuscript range from 1864, the latest date in a list of cited works (f. 31r), to 1871 (newspaper clipping mounted on f. 93r).
